Sorry for the late news – I can explain

Quote of the Day:

We can easily forgive a child who is afraid of the dark; the real tragedy of life is when men are afraid of the light.

  1. The concept of Plato’s Cave answers many of the questions that I have had over the decades.

    What I have found:

    – There are many Caves.

    – There is an entire world outside those Caves.

    – Take someone, unconscious, and move him from one Cave to another. He will either adapt to the new Cave or be driven insane. This is a standard tactic of any cult, military, etc…, to indoctrinate new “members”.

This explains everything from the plague of Wokeists that we now face to QANON.

In the world as it is now, with everyone in their own Cave/Silo there can be no communication between the Caves.

Step outside the Caves. Be free to move from Cave to Cave, understanding each, but do not try and free anyone chained to the walls.

Wiki – Allegory of the cave

The returning prisoner, whose eyes have become accustomed to the sunlight, would be blind when he re-enters the cave, just as he was when he was first exposed to the sun (516e).[3] The prisoners, according to Plato, would infer from the returning man’s blindness that the journey out of the cave had harmed him and that they should not undertake a similar journey. Plato concludes that the prisoners, if they were able, would therefore reach out and kill anyone who attempted to drag them out of the cave.

    – What would have happened if the prisoner had first gone out of the Cave at night, rather than be blinded by the Sun.
