I’m not saying it was aliens, but

Thanks to Rick and @ltdumbear.

Quote of the Day:

We must make our choice. We may have democracy, or we may have wealth concentrated in the hands of a few, but we can’t have both.

  1. The time lapse video of the bean growing is more terrifying than I can possibly explain.

As you focus on the bean growing, you miss the vast society of animals that are the soil that the bean grows from.

The bean grows because of the soil. Once the bean starts taking in light, it feeds sugars back into the soil. When the plant dies, the soil consumes the plant, growing more soil.

    Look at:

    – The TV series Lost

    – The TV series Stranger Things

    – The movie Annihilation

Each is a plant growing from the soil of Imaginal Space. Realize that there are vast fields growing from Imaginal Space, feeding Imaginal Space, all to grow more Imaginal Space.

    Now look at:

    – The Marvel Movie Universe

Those movies are the fruiting bodies sporing from the rotting comics of the past century.

    Realize that:

Each of us is rooted in Imaginal Space as well — our roots tapping deep, spreading wide — feeding and being fed.

“The universe we seeing playing out in space and time may be just the surface level, where we float like little boats while leviathans stir in the deep.”

    George Musser

The most merciful thing in the world, I think, is the inability of the human mind to correlate all its contents. We live on a placid island of ignorance in the midst of black seas of infinity, and it was not meant that we should voyage far. The sciences, each straining in its own direction, have hitherto harmed us little; but some day the piecing together of dissociated knowledge will open up such terrifying vistas of reality, and of our frightful position therein, that we shall either go mad from the revelation or flee from the deadly light into the peace and safety of a new dark age.

H.P. Lovecraft, “The Call of Cthulhu”

  2. Blood Transfusions from young people…
As a blood donor here in the UK, I give my quite old blood 3 or 4 times a year: so are the recipients of my blood getting a bad deal? No, they are possibly getting something much better than ‘young’ blood! With my blood they are getting blood from someone who has been exposed to all sorts of childhood illnesses, dirt, germs and bacteria from a time before the cleanliness obsession of the modern world.

A little of my lifetime immunity might be of great help. Who know?
