Conscious Media have posted a new video interview with alternative Egyptologist John Anthony West, best known for his theory that the Sphinx was constructed much earlier than as claimed by academia. The video was taken while JAW attended the recent CPAK conference in San Diego. As usual, JAW shoots from the hip, exploring the topics that have stirred controversy in archaeological circles for almost two decades now (and even reveals that he and Zahi Hawass actually get on quite well in private these days). Free registration may be required to view the video – although I had no such problem when I watched it – but it’s well worth it considering the huge line-up of vids available for free on the Conscious Media website – take the time to browse around.
