The Majestic 12 documents have long been a topic of controversy in ufology, and although they have sat in the background somewhat over the past few years, it seems likely that they are headed back for the limelight. Nick Redfern reports over at UFO Mystic that, after an in-depth investigation, ufologist Mike Heiser claims to have proof that the documents are fakes. Based on linguistic analysis, Heiser’s conclusions are available as a report available at his website.

In response, MJ-12 researcher Ryan Wood – the author of Majic Eyes Only and maintainer of a website devoted to the documents, says the Heiser’s conclusions are obviously flawed, and has suggested that the report is more about publicity (for Heiser’s novel The Facade) than anything else.
