Crop Circles 2005

The crop circle season is underway again in the UK, with a few glyphs turning up late in April and continuing into May. Check out the Crop Circle Connector’s 2005 page for a monthly archive of images. Nothing mega-spectacular as yet, although this crop circle appears within the ghost of a dolphin-themed symbol from 2004.

    Do these aliens only make patterns in crops? Not in snow cover? Maybe the duration of the snow cover would be too unreliable in the UK, this not allowing establishment of a precise geometric figure for the signalling. Or it is an inept attack on our food supply.

        Whether alien or human, or something in between, these glyph makers are innovative Pythagoreans. On the one hand they demonstrate a familiarity with Celtic, Islamic and Mayan art, and on the other hand there are nuances in the art that demonstrate original contributions to this millennias-old tradition.

        For want of a better term, these circles are the work of an “invisible college”.

          I have wavered between believing and not believing in another life force responsible for the circles now for years, and I think I really have to go with another life force.

          None of the humans I know have the capacity to do this sort of thing.

            You could say the same thing if you hear, for example, Jon Hiseman or Ginger Baker play drums. But I still would not conclude that they are not human.

          2. Speaking of drummers
            I think anyone listening to TOOL would have to come to the conclusion that Danny Carey is in fact not human. Down to the crossroads stuff indeed…
