Radio 24-02-2005

Here’s the full rundown on the radio schedules for the second half of the week:

Whitley Strieber’s Dreamland: This week’s guest is Mark Hall, on his search for the mysterious thunderbirds. Not the cult TV puppets, but a species of giant birds, which he says may still exist in the United States. Afterwards, Linda Moulton Howe explores the mystery of why societies self-destruct, and why we might be going down that very path.

Coast to Coast AM: A quick update to Thursday night, with renowned author and physicist Michio Kaku appearing in the first hour, discussing the Peter Jennings special. Friday night’s first hour is Linda Moulton Howe on Mars (well, not ‘on’), followed by open lines, Saturday is Douglas Mulhall on nanotechnology, Sunday is Greg Bishop on government disinformation.

More details including relevant websites are available at the linked pages above. Remember also that while Coast to Coast is subscription, it can be listened to through KOGO, while Dreamland is free.
