Quote of the Day:

History is both a cause and a cure of paranoia. In its dark beginnings we find the creation myth that tells us where we came from. And in its subsequent lists of events lie the injustices.

  1. Invasions of Common Sense
I’m all for making the Bilderbergers accountable — hell, I’m all for breaking up their elitist little cocktail party entirely — but this statement makes me mad:

Europeans also supported former US President Bill Clinton’s invasion of Yugoslavia, bringing NATO into the operation.]

I really want to slap the writer — hard. Milosevic and his cronies slaughtered thousands of Muslims, Romany and other ethnic minorities, whilst European nations turned a blind eye and tried to pretend nothing was happening — yet former US President Bill Clinton is the evil-doer according to the article author.

As someone who has worked with refugees of Kosovo, I can tell you that they did not see America as the invader. I’d like to see the article’s author actually get out of his comfortable armchair and get out and talk to the people, it’s a dose of reality he desperately needs.

I despise the Bilderberg Right, but I also despise the Left’s hypocrisy. What’s happened to the centred, balanced, objective writers of the world? Are there none left? I’m sick to firetrucking death of the Left’s irrational obsession with making America the doer of all the world’s evils. Give it a firetrucking break, for firetruck’s sake.

Yes, I’ve substituted firetruck for a certain curse word. 😉

    1. I am pretty sure Rick…
… that the owner/publisher of Nexus has his own agenda so I wouldn’t worry too much about what he prints in his mag.Have you ever seen some of the ads in it?

      1. Nexus
I was a bit grumpy when I woke up this morning, so I needed a good rant. I’m all for alternative ideas and opinions, but yeah, Nexus can take it too far sometimes. The editors of Nexus are against capitalist corporations and the evils of advertising, etc … yet they’ll happily take money from every kook and weirdo on the planet to advertise their magical healing potatoes. I dunno. Thank the gods for TDG! 😉

  2. Who is this Jameske…
    …who wrote the quote?
I think it could be OUR Jameske.
Good quote,I like it, and it is true.

The story of the mosquitos biting people when they are infective is interesting. It reminds me of plants that are going to die, they often throw out flowers and then seeds so that they can reproduce.

Aren’t cats wonderful! What is the story of the cheetah? Someone wrote on this forum once about the DNA of the cheetah being totally different from all other cats.I meant to look it up but never did.

I don’t mean to nag Jameske dear, but I didn’t see any parrot story today.I think you probably had a bad week.
    Take care.
And thank you for all the news,

  3. QUOTE OF THE DAY
    SALVE JAMESKE!
…And if the Myth that we find were a lie?(Who can be so sure?)
Often I think that “To know” is not a big business.
About the lie is very funny to receive it as if it were truth
and to wait-to see what it is capable to make.
In the meanwhile tonight watch the sky and make a wish.
