Quote of the Day:

Criticism is prejudice made plausible.

H.L. Mencken

  1. Whites Victim of Racism
As a white person I find any whites complaining about racism against whites to be whining. Does it exist – yes. I’ve experienced it personally on several occassions, but considering the long history of advantage whites have had – silly to whine about it. What is sad is we can’t move beyond color and race and judge based on individual merits with opportunities based on effort and dilligence. Of course affirmative action crowd will claim we must compensate for decades even centuries of oppression, but that argument can last forever and only continues to divide us. And of course without thought police individuals will always have prejudice, but it’s time for institutional and legistlated preferences to be eliminated and the playing field be made equal based on individual discipline, effort and pursuit. The opportunities are limitless in this age despite the slow economy.

    1. NJ “crater” baffles experts
A hole the size of a coffee table isn’t a crater.

And it doesn’t look ‘mysterious’ to me. Some teen-aged male with an abundance of energy, an overactive imagination, a metal detector and a shovel was probably out there in the middle of the night digging a hole.

After flinging dirt all over the place for half an hour, at most, he might have found a quarter.

  2. from the Relaxatron-Dept.
Wim Hof reminds me of Doc Savage :3 Ahh, the wonders of being enlightened/awake. And ‘es Dutch…gotta watch out for the Dutch, as another ancestor of mine, the Duke of Alba, found out.

And GO NEWSCIENTIST!!! Maybe a few more years and they’ll be able to print certain anglo-saxon words because by then, the Christian puritans will have mellowed out and stopped trying to control everything :3
