Whatever I’ve done wrong, please believe me, it was the devil, the bacteria, and the faulty wiring that made me do it!

Quote of the Day:

One day Alice came to a fork in the road and saw a Cheshire cat in a tree. Which road do I take? she asked. Where do you want to go? was his response. I don’t know, Alice answered. Then, said the cat, it doesn’t matter.

  1. Two other comet injection hypothesis
Besides the Nemesis hypothesis, developed by Alvarez’s colleague Richard Muller, and promoted by NASA’s David Morrion, pioneer impact researcher, there are two other hypothesized comet injection mechanisms.

The hypothesis of Bill Clube and Victor Napier is that gravitational perturbations of the Oort cloud occur when our solar systems passes through the plane of our galaxy, the Milky Way, every 26 million years. See:

Another theory of comet injection is that of Rick Firestone, who has proposed that the explosions of nearby supernova can send comets our way. See:

All of their most recent work publicly available is available through the Cosmic Tusk.

David Morrison is also an expert on some of the 2012 scams – Google “David Morrison” and “2012”.

    1. quick note EP
I think you will find that our solar system precession is 26,000 years, not 26 million.
2012 is at the 2/3rd point of our alignment with the galatic centre.
The direct window is only small but exists. It will take approximatly 30 years to move through this window. But, the effects should reach us about 2012. It will be up to our heliosphere to protect us from the entense radiation from the galatic centre.

6 months of every year we are at the blind side. But the other 6 months we are not so this is when we collect extra gamma rays and high UV and other cosmic radiation. Out magnosphere is our only protection from this. Now when this burst of radiation reaches our solar system, what gets through the heliosphere will be absorbed by the sun and a reaction will take place.

Any strong solar bursts from our sun results in abnormal weather conditions here on earth.
