According to The Inter-Stellar Civilization Research Institute in Washington, DC, one of several organizations that make up The Infinity Society ( http://www.infinitysociety.org ), advanced non-terrestrial (extra-terrestrial) civilizations live in what can best be described as mobile Artificial Planets, which appear totally void of life on the surface but within which are hidden gigantic ball-shaped, hollow spacecraft. At some point, should humanity avoid premature extinction, it is most likely that we will also start building our own traveling artificial planets, which can transport humanity through inter-stellar space and be positioned to orbit other stars. It is known now that super-luminal space-travel is probably in violation of all known laws of physics and that lengthy, generational or multi-generational inter-stellar travel requires massive artificial gel protection from deep space radiation exposure risk, and also requires artificial gravity generation. Any highly advanced civilization would most likely build massive artificial navigable planets which are the best way to insure the long-term survival of a species.
Such massive and yet navigable artificial planets, unlike natural planets, are able to avoid being hit by large interstellar debris, meteors, comets, etc., and also serve to protect them against the harmful effects of ultra-Gamma radiation bursts and other lethal phenomena. They fit the description of planets because they can be positioned to orbit stars, but between stellar systems they function more as giant cloaked, relatively hard to detect, spacecraft. That is to say, the External Crust of an Artificial Planet is designed as a form of camouflage to avoid detection by civilizations that are not sufficiently socio-psychologically mature for serious contact and the many implications thereof. They are built with special hidden portals for relatively large spacecraft that are used for research purposes and local or inter-planetary missions. The protective Gel Layer of an Artificial Planet is trans-navigable by spacecraft and behaves almost as if it was made mostly of water; which is likely to be the actual case! The Internal Spacecraft of an Artificial Planet is hollow, within which entire cities, towns, parks and wild-life reserves exist, and constantly rotate so as to generate artificial gravity.
Special giant fusion reactor energized propulsion thrusters, that can be extended to reach the surface of the Artificial Planet, allow the Internal Spacecraft to change the course of the entire Artificial Planet. A massive internal artificial Stellar-quality light system, most likely powered by some kind of relatively small, safe and highly efficient fusion reactor, provides all the internal energy exchange required for all life inside. Artificial darkness is managed by turning the light system off or dimming it down.
Special headgear and eye-ware provide the psychological illusion of relative flat surfaces, without which, over long periods of time, dementia would set in. The physical specifications of Artificial Planets are built with this and other psychological requirements in mind.
An Artificial Planet with an internal circumference of 314 miles can accommodate approximately 10 million Earthlings or 15 million Grays in real comfort. Most likely if there is one parked in our own Solar System then it has been here much longer than our own species! And probably from a planet that was hit and totally
fractured by a large meteor.
In order to avoid detection they are most likely to communicate mostly by target specific laser-beams and by very short radio signals if there is a need to coordinate laser-beam signals. This would explain why we have not detected significant repeat radio signals. As probably most advanced civilizations prefer to live most of their time inside the added security of artificial hollow planets. They are probably very ethical and advanced in terms of their diets and produce almost indistinguishable artificial meat protein foods. Most likely all reports about them mutilating cows and other animals is the result of a
mean-spirited deception perpetrated by actual humans working for secretive organizations that are connected to a limited elite core of the military and the intelligence agencies serving the interests of those who profit most from the current energy and transportation reality. This massive deception, which also involves staging abductions which are totally unpleasant experiences, is meant to turn human beings against wanting contact with aliens.
While they have never intentionally sought to harm us, they probably use us as a source of fresh genetic tissue and hormones which their bodies have difficulty producing. They are so ancient that they are probably going through their final evolutionary stage of Species-specific Entropy. Most likely they helped create us as an Interspecies by fusing their genetic code with a specific species of Earth Primate that no longer exists, but which was the common ancestor of all Earth Humanity.
They do not directly interfere and prevent such horrors as wars and The Holocaust and other atrocities because of their adherence to a very real set of strict rules and guidelines that limit the extent to which they can at present be involved in our conscious lives. At most they are allowed to give us strong hints of their presence. One of those rules, however, does allow them to intervene to prevent a final global conflict, so as to save their source of fresh genetic tissue and hormones. It is possible that they have already had to do so. Most likely their hope is that we will some day, better sooner than later, reach a certain level of maturity, a universality, and cosmic awareness and enlightenment that would include a socio-psychological maturity, sufficient enough for them to
establish direct open contact with us without risking making us feel or become subservient and fatally depressed at the thought that we might be nothing more than animals on a farm, totally at the mercy of the whims of another species far superior and advanced in technological capability and in social structure. Furthermore, their advanced technological abilities would obviously be very dangerous in the hands of an immature species and they would not want to have to destroy us in self-defense or watch us destroy ourselves were we to access their technology! Our attempts to reverse engineer their technologies has probably been very limited, as they build them with plenty ofsafeguards.
Their technology is so sophisticated, so advanced, that they most likely are able to produce any non-biological substance they should need, thus they have no concept of greed, money or financial insecurity. And that is most likely the other main reason why the powerful interests that be do not want us to know about them or trust them. In effect, their ability to manipulate matter renders capitalism obsolete.
It would seem that they have a philosophy that is scientific and spiritual, and that they consider Infinity to be the most important intellectual concept, i.e. the idea of no beginning and no end to space-time and change. They also would most likely have a strong spiritual sense of things, but one that would not have to contradict scientific reality and physical laws. Most likely they consider the emotion of Love to be the sole true expression of what we call our Souls. They think that all Souls are eternal and at some point recombine, making individuality a temporal illusion. Their concept of G-d is not at all like the personal one which most of us have, and their ethics are based on a much more subtle understanding of spiritual reality. Their most important rule is the one that states that no one entity has the right to impose itself over another without the explicit consent of that entity. When they seek fresh genetic and biological tissue from us they actually do so by request and offer us some beneficial treatment for any chronic health problems we may have, but obviously they do manipulate our memories. They are concerned about our increasing awareness of the possibility of their existence and await a major shift in our mass psychological condition, so as to be able to finally establish full peaceful contact with us. Obviously, had they wanted to harm us they would already have done so.
At some point we humans will probably build our own Artificial Planets with which we can avoid the many threats from space and with which we can travel to distant worlds and find safer stars to orbit.
All this information and knowledge is attainable through the speculative philosophical method of reasoning I call Logical Deduction. This is an imperfect method involving
Gedankenexperimentation, i.e. Thought Experiments, which Einstein used to arrive at his Specific Theories of Relativity, for example. It also involves Intuitive Calibration, which is based on the philosophical idea that the actual truth is often to be found somewhere between the counter-argument extremes, and probably contains elements of both or all counter-arguments! In any case, Logical Deduction has often led to potential answers or hypothesis and theories which were eventually proven

'Contact' is taking place... right now. SETI radio telescopes can't detect it, UFO enthusiasts won't see it, Sci-fi fans don't realize it, the general public doesn't have a clue - because it's coming like a thief in the night. It's designed to be a stealth process and a riddle. There is a built-in screening mechanism that makes it a gateway, through which advanced knowledge can be transmitted to those who pass the 'test'. But those who fail it are to face 'Judgment'. Sounds cliché, but the emerging 'Contact' situation does, artificially or not, seem to carry the essence of the 'Judgment Day' storyline. On one level, the process is quite sick; on another level, it can be quite natural. Natural because the primordial 'survival of the fittest' process embedded in nature itself is already a test; but rarely are the stakes this high as apparently are in this 'Contact' case...

Mick Jagger says he's seen a UFO. Unfortunately, he couldn't get no satisfaction there either.
The story Philip Lipson and Charlette LeFevre have been researching for years has almost all the elements of a made-for-TV movie.
As the story goes, a government employee swore he saw flying saucers three days after a Tacoma man said similar UFOs spewed metal and lava onto his boat. There was even a man in black.
A witness later recanted his statement -- some say out of fear -- after a military plane supposedly transporting classified debris exploded into flames.
"You don't want to know how complicated and bizarre this is," said LeFevre, who, with Lipson, runs the Seattle Museum of the Mysteries on Capitol Hill.
Lipson and LeFevre believe that 60 years ago a plane that crashed in Kelso contained slag from a UFO. They've tracked down newspaper stories and testimony, and gathered the clues at their museum.
But it's the black chunk of rock they keep locked in a glass case that may be their best clue, and a scientist may test the rock this week.
Officially, the story is poppycock. The government dismissed it as such decades ago.
On June 21, 1947, Harold Dahl was salvaging logs near the shore of Maury Island. Dahl said that at 2 p.m. he saw six doughnut-shaped aircraft, about 100 feet in diameter.
He said five of the metallic aircraft, which didn't appear to have signs of propulsion, circled above one, which dropped to about 500 feet and spewed what he thought was 20 tons of metal and molten rock.
Dahl reported to co-worker Fred Crisman that the falling debris injured his 15-year-old son, killed their dog and damaged the boat's wheelhouse.
Three days later, U.S. Forest Service employee Kenneth Arnold said he saw nine similar flying saucers between Mount Rainier and Mount Adams. The Associated Press published Arnold's claims that when one of the aircraft dipped, the others did, too.
The day after Dahl's sighting, a man in a black suit arrived at his Tacoma home in a black 1947 Buick, Dahl said later. Books by UFO historians say the man in black threatened Dahl, saying that if he cared about his family, he'd never speak of the incident again.
He spoke of it at least one more time in July 1947, when he met with Arnold in a secret meeting in Room 502 of Tacoma's Winthrop Hotel. Arnold wrote about the meeting in his 1952 book, and said they were also joined by United Airlines pilot Capt. E.J. Smith -- another who claimed to see the discs -- as well as Air Force Lt. Frank M. Brown and Capt. William L. Davidson.
Smith told The Idaho Statesman that Brown and Davidson were given six pieces of "metal or lava."
The chunks were loaded onto a B-25 bomber at McChord Field to be shipped to a California military base, according to the now-defunct Tacoma Times.
It was still dark in the early morning of Aug. 1, 1947, when a fire erupted in the left engine of the B-25.
Longview police officers reported watching the B-25 circle over Longview and Kelso, leaving a streak of smoke behind the burning motor.
When attempts to extinguish the fire failed, two other crew members -- Sgt. Elmer L. Taft and Tech. Sgt. Woodrow D. Matthews -- parachuted to safety. Brown and Davidson, who some believe knew there were UFO parts on the plane, stayed with the bomber.
The B-25 crashed into the base of three alder trees. Brown and Davidson's mangled bodies were thrown clear.
On Aug. 3, 1947, an Associated Press report said the men died investigating flying saucers.
Kelso resident James Greear heard about the crash 10 years ago and had made several attempts to find clues. He found almost nothing in the woods until earlier this month, when Bob Davenport told him the exact location. Davenport, now 75, was 15 at the time of the crash and one of the first people to rush to the wreckage.
Greear went to the crash site April 15 with Lipson and LeFevre.
In the north fork of Globe Creek, a friend of Greear's found a black chunk slightly larger than a softball that looks as if it could have once been lava.
"We are not making any claims of what it is," Lipson said.
But he and LeFevre are hopeful.
"You can tell it's been liquid because it's all full of bubbles," said Bill Beaty, a research engineer in the University of Washington's Chemistry Department. He plans to have a colleague analyze the chunk this week.
"We have to look at the bedrock in the hill and see what's there," he said. "If it looks like that, then it's probably the same.
"If this is totally different than the bedrock that's there, then this will be very interesting."
Rarely spoke of sighting
Though popular among conspiracy theorists, Dahl's claim that a UFO spewed debris onto his boat is likely to remain folklore.
"I didn't know anything about it until 2003 when a man from Sacramento sent me about 50 pages of research about it," said Dahl's 76-year-old daughter, Louise Bakotich of Aberdeen. Though Arnold insisted his sighting was real, Dahl rarely spoke of his sighting after 1947, and often said it was a hoax when he did. Charles Dahl, who was supposedly injured by the falling debris, didn't confirm the injuries before his death, his sister said.
The Army and Air Force have repeatedly denied that UFO fragments were on the B-25 flight. An August 1947 document, said to be from FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover, states that the story of the B-25 having flying disc fragments was a hoax.
Those statements, however, only fuel the curiosity of UFO researchers such as Lipson and LeFevre.
"We're starting where they left off 60 years ago," LeFevre said. "There's a lot more out there."
