Earless rabbit born after Fukushima disaster
...I forgot how I got here but everyone seems to be heading off in that direction. I hope someone brought food. I have a feeling this is going to be a long journey................

... but they buried Osama bin Laden at sea the same time Japan was venting nuclear waste into the ocean. That's not going to end well.
In more serious news, Japan has recently admitted it was unprepared for Fukushima and the amount of radiation leaked was twice that reported. The most interesting thing about the radiation leak admission is the timing -- it's cold news now. The world's attention span has turned to other hot news (such as who won Dancing With The Stars, or Palin's emails), and I doubt many people even remember Fukushima (most people I know think the war in Libya is over as well). Japan finally admits they downplayed the radiation leak, but no one is reading between the lines.

There's one thing that was changed by Fukushima: confidence in nuclear energy. Germany has backed down from their nuclear program, and thousands in Japan are demanding their government to rely less on nuclear reactors.
