Mastodon - Divinations

I justify putting it here on TDG because it has a Yeti in it. But any video that has a cannibalistic caveman ripping a spacey surf guitar solo is alright in my books anyhow...
Best album of the year so far in my books. But then, I love metal and I love classic/psychedelic rock, so how can it not be.

Just love Mastodon. Crack in the Skye is definitely their best and my favorite. No matter how many times I listen to it, I don't get tired of it, unlike other metal bands. Thanks for promoting them Greg. Same with COG, which you actually made me discover here on the Grail.

they were nominated for an Emmy, and did the Tonight Show back in May. Not6 sure about hte last time Letterman even dared getting a Metal band on... :)

Nice to see them getting some love here. Mastodon is an amazing band. If you haven't seen them live, I highly recommend it!
