Bending BREXIT? Uri Geller Sends Open Letter to Theresa May

Last weekend hundreds of thousands of British citizens marched down the streets of London, showing their contempt against PM Theresa May’s handling of the BREXIT situation, and vowing to use everything in their power in order to demand a new public referendum –including the use of telepathy, if we’re to believe in the open letter written by none other than Uri Geller –one of the most controversial figures in the study of parapsychology and PSI research– which was initially sent with The Jewish Telegraph –a local Manchester newspaper– but eventually caught the attention of larger media outlets.

The open letter, shared via Twitter , reads:

My Dear Theresa,

We have known each other for 21 years since you became our MP (sic). You visited my home in Sonning, where you also lived. Three years before you became Prime Minister, I predicted your victory when I showed you Winston Churchill’s spoon on my Cadillac, which I asked you to touch.

Despite popular public opinion, I also predicted that Donald Trump would become the 45th President of the United States.

As you might have read, I am ensuring that Jeremy Corbyn never gets the keys to Number 10 Downing Street, with the power of my mind which I have proved over and over again.

I will ensure that they bend out of all proportion to ensure that he never takes up residence there.

My power has been validated by the CIA, MI5 and Mossad.

The CIA concluded: “As a result of Geller’s success in this experimental period, we consider that he has demonstrated his paranormal perceptual ability in a convincing an unambiguous manner.”

It is easily verifiable, just look at the official CIA website.

I have influenced many high ranking officials around the world.

On one occasion, Senator Clayborne Pell (sic), then the chair of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, directed me to bombard the mind of Yuli Vorontsov, the Soviet Union’s chief nuclear negotiator, to influence him telepathically to sign the Nuclear Arms Reduction treaty, which I did successfully.

Now to the point of my open letter to you.

I feel psychically and very strongly than most British people do not want Brexit.

I love you very much but I will not allow you to lead Britain into Brexit.

As much as I admire you, I will stop you telepathically [emphasis mine] from doing this — and believe me I am capable of executing it.

Before I take this drastic course of action, I appeal to you to stop the process immediately while you still have a chance.

Although I currently live in Israel I am still a British citizen and feel very passionately about the country and the people I came to love.

Much energy and love

Uri

Once you pass through the rather poor redaction, name-dropping and all the “Me Me Me’s” embedded in the text, is there anything of merit in the letter at all? If Uri and May have been friends for so long, why go through all the litany of mentioning his ‘psychic credentials’? (I’m being rhetorical here, it’s obvious the letter is meant to wow the public instead of the PM. The subtle hint at Geller’s wealth was a particularly tacky touch).

“Predicted” Trump’s victory? I ain’t no psychic, and yet I also remember how my boss laughed in my face when I told him back in 2016 the Donald had a very good chance of actually winning the election. I needed no PSI powers bestowed upon me by SPECTRA –an alleged extraterrestrial intelligence Uri used to channel back in the day, yet he doesn’t mention anymore nowadays– to notice the deep hatred both the radical Left and Right had against Hillary Clinton. But if Geller is capable –according to him– to both prevent Corbyn from becoming PM and also to influence Soviet negotiators to ensure the reduction of nuclear weapons threatening Mankind, why hasn’t he done anything to suppress the ongoing nuclear escalation between the United States and Putin’s Russia?

British skeptic researcher and friend of the Grail Hayley Stevens thinks the letter is nothing but Uri being Uri: a cheap publicity stunt in order to gain notoriety at the expense of Britain’s current political turmoil. Maybe so, but one has to ask: Why now, when BREXIT started in 2016? Couldn’t Uri’s ‘powers’ tell him British citizens were not happy with the outcome of the referendum back then? And why use a small and obscure newspaper to disseminate his open letter, when he could have easily sent it to a number of British tabloids like The Daily Mail?

This is not the first time Geller has claimed to have personal connections with important political figures. On several interviews he has boasted on how he was awarded the Mexican citizenship after lending his dowsing services to the national oil company PEMEX, at the behest of President Luis Echeverría, to find new oil deposits that could be exploited –allegedly finding precious minerals seems to be the source of Geller’s wealth, rather than the public performances he used to do years ago, when he was a young Israeli expat brought to America by Andrea Puharich:

And then he said to me, “What do you need?” I said, “I need a helicopter or a plane. I need some maps. And I need to talk to the geologists.” “No problem.” In the coming weeks he arranged me maps and geologists, I spoke to them. And I went up with an aeroplane, the map on my leg. And I went like that (Uri Gestures), and I said, “Here I feel it”. And I took my marker, and I put an “X”. And then came the report in the New York Financial Times or New York Wall Street Journal, I can’t remember now. I have the article, the biggest off shore oil found in the Gulf of Mexico, and this was the same place. The Mexican president said, “Uri, you’ve done such an amazing thing for us, I want you to become a Mexican citizen. And he made me a Mexican citizen and I have a Mexican passport.

The Mexican government has never confirmed nor denied the validity of Uri’s Mexican passport. But according to the book The Secret Life of Uri Geller, he used that passport to perform psychic spying gigs for the CIA, in which he would sit on AeroMexico flights next to KGB couriers and ‘erase’ computer disks carried by them on diplomatic attaches. It is also during his stay in Mexico City that Geller claimed to have psychically investigated the assassination of JFK.

But all these old notches in the belt of our favorite International Man of (Psychic) Mystery is probably something British citizens will hardly notice nor take seriously.

As a final note, it’s interesting to point out this is not the first time in Theresa May’s political career where she’s been directly or indirectly involved with Forteana. Back when she was Secretary of the Home Department she played an instrumental role in blocking the extradition of Gary McKinnon, the famous ‘UFO hacker’ who in the early 2000’s claimed to have broken into the computer systems of both NASA and the Navy in search of evidence of UFOs and free energy technology. Maybe the Breakaway Civilization wants to stop BREXIT too?

H/T to Paul.
