Paul Craig Roberts was a former Secretary of Treasury during the Reagan Administration. This article was written by him, and exposes the fraud perpetrated on us by the federal government.
It exposes both the foreign aspects of the war, as well as the synthetic terror created by the FBI.

Most of what the article had to say is simple common sense. I wonder how many people who think otherwise will get to hear such views expressed in the mainstream media.
However, one part of it I found objectionable:
"Perhaps the highest cost of Washington’s “war on terror” has been paid by the US Constitution and civil liberties."
Sorry, but the highest cost has unquestionably been the deaths and the appauling mistreatment of millions of non-Americans around the world. US citizens do not have greater value than the rest, despite the foreign policy decisions that seem to take this as their starting point. Perhaps it's no great surprise that the author was a 'player'.

Roberts is just playing a few moves ahead. With the destruction of civil liberties and the Constitution it will now be much easier for the management to make more war, and that will stack up the bodies ad infinitum.
