Internet forums explained, using just one short video

Thanks to @AnomalistNews.

Quote of the Day:

The totally convinced and the totally stupid have too much in common for the resemblance to be accidental.

We don’t have the equivalent of the Valley of the Kings for royal burials after the pharaohs. The Mausoleum of Augustus supposedly held the ashes of the Julio-Claudians, but not even ashes have been recovered. I still think that the royal family was being literally buried somewhere, and probably continued the practice of mummification.

Shoelace: I fail to see the necessary behind this study given the fact shoelace-less shoes exist, or because it seems ridiculous.

Coal: Irony…but also a wise investment for what I assume is a non-profit. As long as the building isn’t owned by a historical society. They never let you do anything like this. I doubt this applies but, their state may foot part of the bill.

  3. Roswell Rock(s)
    http://cropcirclesresearchfoundation.org/the-enigma-of-the-roswell-rock/

The first time I saw an enlarged image of the original “Roswell Rock” alarm bells went off – plainly visible at the margins of figures both raised and recessed are classic machining marks one sees in CNC processes. As someone who ran a CNC machining center for 5 years I know these marks very well – they are the “chatter marks” made by the spinning cutting tool as it is deviated by resistance to harder materials, and it is especially prominent the thinner the cutting tool is which in the case of the rock would have to have been a skinny router cutter in order to navigate the close quarters of the little figures.
In order to satisfy the usual demands of a client a mold maker must clean up the mold by hand to remove these marks, but whoever made this object did not bother. In such tiny, confined spaces getting rid of tool chatter marks is a time consuming and tedious process.
An advanced ET civilization is likely not using anything as relatively crude as a spinning cutter to fabricate anything.

  4. Fake News A la Mode
“In a first-of-its-kind study, scientists will disperse aerosols into the stratosphere in initial tests of a controversial technique for blocking incoming solar radiation.”

Wow – have they no shame? A few days ago I was watching the aerosol planes criss-crossing densely in the sky leaving trails from horizon to horizon until the entire sky was nothing but aerosol clouds. It had been awhile since I had watched an operation unfold since they happen so routinely now, but that day I sat down and looked to see if they were using new techniques – nope, looks pretty much the same. I watched until I saw a plane run out of dope whereupon its contrail went from being horizon to horizon to about the usual 30 plane lengths of a true contrail as it turned to go back to the base allegedly in eastern Oklahoma where some planes go refuel and re-dope. Others head northwest to a base in southern Missouri.
You look at a project like this for years and years – it started in earnest in 2000 – and you get some insight into where some of the “missing Pentagon trillions” are going and why they refuse to tell us what they are doing with the money we give them.

It looks like Mars lost its atmosphere because it didn’t have a strong magnetic field to protect against solar wind.

      This news is now mainstream.

It looks like our Earth’s magnetic field is going through a reversal that seems to be happening quicket than our models predict.

Our sun is not a constant star. It continues to surprise us.

What if people know that when our magnetic field gets low enough we will start catastrophically losing atmosphere? Do we all deserve to be told that? What if this spraying is a part of that program?

      And so it goes

        1. flippy poles
As you probably know, the poles flip more or less regularly. Not very regularly, but every so often. There doesn’t seem to be any great number of extinctions when this happens, no big climate changes, nothing much happening. Some more UV during the time of low magnetic field I’m sure. But then it builds up again, with the polarity opposite. The reason for the flippage is probably convection changes in the mantle and/or core. Perhaps we will be around for this one, it could be interesting. And we don’t need the magnetic field for navigation this time.

            https://www.scientificamerican.com/article/earth-s-impending-magnetic-flip/

“A flip could possibly interfere with power grids and communications systems—external magnetic field disturbances have burned out transformers and caused blackouts in the past. But Glatzmaier is not worried. “A thousand years from now we probably won’t have power lines,” he says. “We’ll have advanced so much that we’ll almost certainly have the technology to cope with a magnetic-field reversal.””

            **********************
Back in the late 70’s I remember reading Jeffrey Goodman’s alarmist/sensational book below which was predicting a “sudden” reversal which would allegedly cause global mayhem, and for a long time I labored under the mistaken idea that pole flips are all “sudden.”
Turns out his predictions never came through at least on the timescales he was predicting, but it made for titillating reading.
            https://www.amazon.com/Are-Earthquake-Generation-Jeffrey-Goodman/dp/0425049914/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1492370820&sr=1-1&keywords=we+are+the+earthquake+generation

Goodman’s “Psychic Archaeology” was somewhat more convincing as a book.
            https://www.kirkusreviews.com/book-reviews/jeffrey-goodman/psychic-archaeology-time-machine-to-the-past/

“Archaeologist Goodman credits his discovery of possibly the oldest evidence of man in the Americas to his psychic adviser, Axon Abrahamson. Working in Flagstaff, Arizona, he has unearthed artifacts that appear to substantiate 87% of Abrahamson’s geological, chronological, and archaeological predictions. Taking stock of past psychic archaeology–Bond and his psychic in Glastonbury, England; Cayce and his walks with Jesus in the Holy Land; Ossowiecki who traveled back in time to the Paleolithic period–he summarizes a voluminous amount of historical material to prepare us for his own report. His discovery challenges the accepted theory that the first men came to America from Asia; according to his findings, they arrived much earlier–perhaps from Atlantis or Lemuria–and developed an advanced culture then. If nothing else, his discussions should be fascinating. However, Goodman includes all sorts of unimportant information, especially when he describes his own dig. One becomes lost in the complexities of final exams (he was working for his Ph.D.), obtaining funding, and his own preoccupation with detail. Whatever the value of his work, one wishes he had the gift of automatic writing as well.”
