An egg-shaped cavity containing a doughnut crossed by a sausage is in your head!

http://www.scienceforums.net/forums/show...

This brief exerpt is from the real article at www.trufax.org/convers/conv1.html
The origonal article was even more interesting than the exerpt because it goes into all sorts of odd things. Like mind control over the masses, what this group does, and is also quite funny at times. What stuck out to me in the article was the part about how when they used this machine(called a SQUID helmet) to see their magnetic fields in their brains. I guess it turned out looking like "An Einstein-Rosen Bridge" or "An egg-shaped cavity containing a doughnut crossed by a sausage"(whatever that is). But when they named the parts of the brain involved their where six organs that where involved. Well reading up on what you are supposed to do to open your third eye I read somewhere that you needed to visualize a star in you head, but could this star be the Jewish star(six points going toward the six organs)? Well, regardless of this I thought it was a very interesting read and the website where the origonal article was from seems to have a lot of interesting content. Alot of this article seems very scientific and me not being very learned in the scientific field still found it interesting and fun? What do you think? Does anyone have some good free resorces on the relationship between your pineal gland and pituitary gland to help me bridge the gap and open my third eye effectively? I would be much abliged.

Hello Buggyirk, Did I spell that right?

Is that your real name? Where do peole get the names they put on this posts? I always wonder that. Is is the favorite animal, spaceman, character in a book, special boogie man, fairy???? What????
Great imaginations at work. I guess Colette is rare enough, not a lot of them out there on posts.

I enjoyed what I read and your candid way of speaking . I am aware of many facets of the pituitary and pineal glands, also the "Master Glands." First things first. I would suggest you get a medical anatomy book and read it. Focus on the endocrine system and learn the basic functions and inner actions of the hypothalmus, pituitary and all related brain little guys, and then how they inner act with the rest of the endocrine system. First do that, become aware of your body. Understand the biological functions of these glands first and then write about what you have learned and get an in depth relationship with those glands and how they first function on this level ( or vibrational frequency) .

After that I can introduce you to your second step, or at least direct you more to some one else or some site that would be beneficial to you, or some selected reading in actual books if you would be willing to do that. I am sure others are aware where to send you and help you as well, and I think they may agree that you need to understand the mechanism of the glands in an anotomical way as in biological functions. Things will make more sense if you start from the beggining. You will then be able to see how they transpose into the spiritual realm and what functions they coincide with.

I did go to this link you provided. It read to me that they were making a 3 D graphic of the magnetism of the output of these specific glands. They were "mapping" them sort of speak. So, yes, I thought that to be interesting. As far as the six pointed star, that would either be the Star of David or the Seal of Solomon. Depending on different cabalistic ( sometime spelled with a K - Kabbala) different synbols are referred to in diffrent respects. You are on the right track buddy and good for you to want to achieve this.

Yes there are lessons you can learn to develope these centers, but first, I highly recommend you read an anotomical book and specifically study the endocrine systen and neurological system. I thought I would repond to you as you sound sincere and in seek of help. I would be willing to help you and show you some direction, step by step. I am sure others would be too.

First read some medical books and then post again and that will give me and others some time to think about how to go about this. And then once I know or others know you have read and can define the system and in the order in which they function and what their duties are we may go from there. I guess I am acting like a teacher, I do not mean to, I am trying to portray a procedure to start and go by to help direct you and ease the grief and anxiety of your search.

OK

Good luck, Colette

Pineal and Pituitary

Hi There Bug,

It does not look like any one has helped direct you here, so I am just going to say, please read up about the pituitary and the pineal and the endocrine System.

There are some execises that you can do to start realizing your consciousness and having control of where you place it. These are old meditation exercises.

I can tell you first to start by laying flat on your back in a quiet room with no distractions. Lay wih with your arms straight and to your side with palms up.

Think of your big toe on your left foot and then believe you are inside the midle of your big toe and that is where your consciousness is. As if your mind is in the middle of your big toe.

Be still and visualize what it would be like to be in the center of your big toe, once you feel as if your mind is in your left big toe expand it to your right and from there work up your ankles, calves, knees, thighs, all of the way up to your pituitary and pineal area. ( THis is why I wanted you to become aware of where your endocrine " Master Glands" set in your skull.)

From there start visualizing that all of our conciousness is in that realm and you are deep within your mind. ( You should also study the anatomy of the brain, as you have a left hemisphere and a right hemisphere.) Your brain also has frontal lobes. Imagine a midline between your left and right frontal lobes of your brain. Start in your mind by pumping energy between you left and right lobe, as if they were bumping up against each other. You have your eyes closed this whole thime. While you are "pumping you left and right lobe, with your eyes closed, this will help you develope your kinetic energy. Practice this step while your consciousness is in your center mind and "see" the two lobes pulsating. You will in your mind start "seeing" a light, or colors of sorts. (This is what you want to happen.) You are now developing your kinetic eneregy and getting it charged. ( Purple or a deep blue is what you would like to start pumping and then achieve white) Visualize your energy and start moving it through out your body , best thing to do is go backwards from the center of your mind , back down through your body and back to your toes. This is an initial step to start realizing your consciousness. This is an ancient method. I was togutht this as a child, I do not remember the roots. I believe it to be from some Kabbalistic work. There are many methods.

But, you really do need an understanding of how your natural physical body works and the location of specific glands.

It is hard for me to kind of write out how you do it, so I hope you can understand what I am saying. This is some what like a prepatory exercise.

I am not into any "cults". I have been taught and studied many different methods of realizing your consciousness. I found this to be the easist. Just place your thought in an area of your body and start practicing this. Developing your kineic energy will also help with healing yourself and others. As our bodies are elctrical in many ways.

People with healing hands , have a stong field they carry around them selves and are able to access the eathers through consciousness. I am sitting here feeling like an idiot for writing this, as I am not a teacher of mediation and the sorts, rather practice divine principles for myself and keep my understanding that every one is uniquer. However I am very knowlegable about such things and use my energy and consciousness for healing myself and others.

Meditation can come in many forms. I do not believe there is a right way and wrong gway, only the way that works for you. This is just a little first step in one of the ways I had learned to start my awareness of my consciousness. ( Please excuse my spelling, I get blind to what the letters are and they get jumbled up)

If any one else has any suggestions, it would be interesting to have a discussion about diffeent techniques on how to initially develope your awareness of your self and htat which surrounds.

Please, this may be all wrong for you, but you will not know until you try it. And aslo, remember practice is how you become proficient in anything you try to achieve. If at first you feel you are not able to direct your thoughts inside your body and particular areas and move it around, just keep trying. Once you are able to satrt "seeing" colours and such, you are on your way. However, remember I may be wrong in suggesting this for you as everyone is different.

I would if I were you, look towards the more ancient texts and older books written on meditation and avoid the "new age" methods as those have ususally been written from the old texts and then revised.....per author, so they can have their own following. I also suggest you look at a variety of methods as I said, one may not be for you, but maybe the other will.

I do not follow any specific way. I have develpoed my "own" way from the many years of studying and reading and self practice and discipline.

I have come far and have healed many people and myself by using my body as a vehicle for others to transfer energy from the eathers.

Sorry if this is a dumb post, I do not ususally write about such thngs and find it a little hard, with out my text books and graphs where I could show you hat I am talking about.

I am a Naturopathic Dr. I became one to use my abilities to help others and to always help myself. The six pointed star of which you speak can be from many disciplines of study. I myself would not try to focus on six points until I was able to achieve the one first.

So does any one have any suggestions?

I know of many things you can do, but do not feel too comfortable writing about them. But, if others will express what they do, maybe I will not be so shy in saying what I do. I have been able to change my anatomical being through meditation and the likes, visualizations, what evre you want to call it. Is there any one else out there who has expeienced healing through mediation and visualization? I am not %100 whole, but doing pretty good and have come far from doing what I do. It is a lifestyle one lives and a daily routine. Sort of like you will not ever become a really good piano player unless you practice, practice, practice, unless you are one of the few who are born with a natural gift for music and can just play...............does that make sense?

I hope this helps you a little bit and does not confuse you even more.

Good luck and good for you to try. It would be nice for others to share if they would, the ways in which they are able to focus.

Oh, well......???? there is this huge, voluminous book titled The Temple of MAn. It was written by Schwaller de Lubicz and is transltions of hieroglyphs ans mathmatical and images of the Temples ( More so Luxor and Karnak) in Egypt. In these volumes there are many passages writtne on Pharaonic consciousness. One of the resaons why the Egyptians hold the scarab in high regards is that it represents consciousnesss ans when you view the upper mantle of the scarab, ( its back) it looks like the upper mantle of the human skull and the sutural membranes. The Egyptians believed that the upper part of the head ( where the pituitary and pineal are) is where consciousness resides and expands from in the human body. Also, music and harmonies are very important. ( Well, in the Pharaonic way)......

THe Temple of Man is very expensive though. I had written a review of it when it first came out from Inner Traditions back in 97-98? It is the first English translation of the French version as Schwaller was french. Robert Lawlor and his wife translated it. IT is 1400 pages of very fine text and large pages of reading. I condensed it into 4 pages I think. If you read the review, it will give you a pretty good basic understanding of that kind of consciousness. You can find the review on Amazon or at Dr. Robert M. Schoch's website or go on a search for it. The review talks about the scarab and music and many other things. But just remember, this is only one belief system when there are many out there that may be more suitable for you. But it is good to get multiple areas of inspiration. I think I posted this here on the Grail as my first introduction of myself here . I started posting at the Grail to become well. It has been working. Sharing thoughts and not being alone.

Well lets. see......here is the link if it works.

hi bug...it;s a doozy,

Colettes comment would be your best help in discovering your third eye. as for those papers referring to the existance of a space time distortion created by a magnetic field in the brain connecting six organs, well i feel they may have jumped the gun a little and only getting a part of the picture. no one actually understands the true nature of magnetism. having an instrument sensitive enough to redgistar A form of magnetism is fine, BUT if you aren't getting all other forms then your picture is incomplete.
in a few short years they will discover the "soul" and when this happens then the whole worlds outlook on existance will change.
then the true nature of magnetism will be known and we can get on with being what we should be.
untill then you could try the "five rights" as well as understanding the nature of meditation and the link we all have with all that is.
the third eye is the link to the source and knowledge of all.
so baby steps first.
understand that we are a small part physical and a much larger part spiritual.
enjoy the journey.....
