Red Pill or Blue Pill? Obama Chooses Blue

From the Washington Examiner:

"If there's a blue pill and a red pill, and the blue pill is half the price of the red pill and works just as well, why not pay half price for the thing that's going to make you well?" -- President Obama

*Sigh*

So sad...

Obama turned out to be another agent, instead of The One :(

In one of my past occupations, I taught school and was brought up to speed on Gang Tactics as part of my professional training. We learned every technique gangs utilized in order to spot such activity in our students. One methodology they used reminds me of Obama and the Democrats means of slipping these spending bills past the nation before we notice the acts.

Gangs will go into a store and overload the management systems with many acts happening at once. Before a clerk knows it there are seven to ten persons doing things to distract and distort. A busy person just cannot see all the things happening right before him. Obama is rushing through all his agenda just like that with the nation. It is pure evil.

Most Americans do not want this Government Health Remedy. We do not want the Government in our lives. Yet, Obama and his Liberal Democrats are just busy as little bees piling on the stuff to distort our vision of what should be done. They will not let us read what they are passing and they overload the bills with tons of extras too, as technique. It is too fast and too cumbersome for most of us who are trying to raise our children and all.

The other Gangster technique is actually worse. It is the Gun to Our Head method of controlling us as citizens. Gangsters are always taking money to pay for protection of others Health. That is what the Obamacrats are doing now. They want us tied to their wants and needs so they can tell us just what to do when it comes to voting time and other acts. They are buying votes with every bill passed. They are destroying our national freedoms from within. They are worse than any exterior enemy...They are the Enemy Within.

I suggest America tells them to get out of our faces and take the obtuse media bunch who just cannot follow journalism the way I once taught it. And that's the way it is.

Ok, first off I have to state for the record that I don't agree with many of the things said in the article I linked to.

My main purpose was to point out the really poor choice of a metaphor that Obama used to try & sell his health care plan to America; you would think someone at the White House might be a Sci Fi fan, but apparently... no.

I don't agree with a lot of things Obama has done during these first months of the Administration —giving money to AIG? Rescuing Chrysler? Uh-uh.

And what the hell happened with Guantanamo?!

I'm the first one to acknowledge that, once a politician gets elected, many of the promises made during the campaign are quietly locked in a drawer, never to be seen again.

But, I really don't understand how what used to be the richest nation in the world couldn't afford to give a health insurance to its citizens. I just can't.

One of the things the article said was that doctors couldn't afford to treat Medicare patients because they were paid less than their normal fees. I mean —Come on! Doctors in America are rich. Doctors in Cuba need to have a second job —like driving a taxi cab— to support themselves; yet if you compare the medical treatment Cubans enjoy, proportional to Cuba's GDP and per-capita income, and they have a better treatment than you guys.

The fact is that you need to force big rich bastards to give a little of what they have taken away. And if you spend less in stupid weapons, you'll be able to pay Obama's plan 3-4 times easily.

I know a lot of big rich persons who pay the bills of many who may not deserve the jobs that they have. I taught school for many years and know first hand the attitude of some of the population. They are lazy and slothful because the government and the Democratic Party has coddled them from birth. We need to reread Jefferson and realize that this nation needs folks to earn their own living and leave government out of the mix. I know a lot of blacks, whites and browns who did not try in school and I also know those who did. Success starts at home. What have you done for us lately? Reinforcing sloth is counter productive.

Backing is directionally proportional to how one seeks to grow and prosper. Get off your duff and go to work. We do not need Health Care, we need to get a job that some Rich person can provide.

You won't get that job. You know why? Because that Rich person is going to outsource that job to Bangalore since there are better qualified workforce there that are willing to work for a fifth of what an American worker is willing to do. And they don't have to bother with paying those guys health care.

The Rich persons are not in the business of providing jobs. They are in the business of making a profit; the faster the better.

Do you think that is the cause of poverty in America? Sloth?

I agree that Americans are lazy; but not just the poor. In fact, you can see that the better off the students are, the less harder they work in college.

If America goes then freedom and the republic will be lost and we will be back to square one. You had your chance and you looked at it will lust in your heart. Liberalism is known also as Bi-polar. Research has shown that white matter causes one to lie in that condition. One lie on another lie and we will become Logan's Run once again. I do not take pills, but I know most liberals are on drugs.

If America goes down then some other nation will lift up the flame of Democracy, and learn from your mistakes.

It's not like America invented Democracy anyway. It's an idea that I believe was first conceived in Ancient Greece. They are not around anymore, and yet their ideals carry on.

Same thing will happen after the USA is nothing but a notion to be found in history books.

Thank you Mr. Red Pill for the hat tip. Your BB wouldn't let me go under my name, I guess not enough letters. This is the name I use to read Tarot Cards under. You know that dark side of me that only the Shadow knows about. 2 points if you recognize the literary reference!

Anywho, in your case, please don't ever take the Yellow Pills. They are selling like hotcakes in your neck of the woods- and that seems to be ashame.

It';s almost like Soylent Green!

Welcome to the Grail, Moonchild!

Gah! I'm lost :-(

We all have a shadow side, don't we? To be aware of it will always be more healthy than ignore it, lest it will grow stronger and more menacing.

Yellow pills... are we talking about antidepressants? I once went to a psychiatrist who prescribed me some pills; i think I only took them for about 3 months —they were so expensive, that buying them got me even more depressed!.

So fear not: The only yellow pills I'll keep consuming are these ones ;-)

ah , Moonchild is a book by Alistair Crowley. I read it as a teen and thought it was great- good witches fighting bad witches- I read it again a few years ago and... sigh. Not that good.

The yellow pills are called 'Yellow Submarines", I had to do some research on them. Seems that Americans, Europeans and Australians are going to Mexico to buy them- and commit suicide. It's called Nembutal.

I grew up listening to Art Bell and his precursors on the radio- so this site looks really neat.

Oh yeah, I read or watched something about it some time ago. Old couples going to Ciudad Juárez and purchasing the stuff at pharmacies or veterinary stores. Yeah, here in Mexico you can buy many medicines without a prescribed recipe.

The story is ironic, considering Ciudad Juárez is such a violent town, where there's been a long list of assassinated young women that have never been solved. "Las mueras de Juárez" they call them in the press; seems in Juárez what the poor get for free, the elder rich must pay to acquire it :-/

Crowley is a fascinating character, although I don't take him so seriously; but he certainly seems to have been involved in several historic episodes that had a huge inffluence in our culture. You should read an article that you can find in the first volume of our Darklore anthology, which deals with the several parallellism between Aleister Crowley and Timothy Leary. A differen version of that article can be found in the Subrosa e-magazine (issue 4), which you can download for free here.

I don't think democracy has ever truly worked properly. I remember a point made in an article by an Ameri-Indian who stated that the Indians had always been democratic but took so long to make decisions that often an important moment was lost due to indecision.

I don't honestly mind which system of government is used, as long as it benefits the people that are being governed, and to do this requires a great deal of wisdom and humanity by the person(s) doing the governing.

That will never happen today, for too many people are greedy, arrogant, selfish, uncaring, power crazy control freaks.
