The Vatican's seeming willingness to accept (if not even welcome) the existence and/or arrival of ET has been the subject of much discussion. Some feel that it is a precursor to disclosure while others think that the Holy See, in league with the UN, has some diabolical plan to sell an unauthentic second-coming via the same.
'Ahem... (tapping on microphone) attention world, this is the Vatican! Please get ready to welcome that great guy who died for your sins, Jesus. He will be arriving by flying saucer on Saturday and would like to invite everyone down to the landing site for fish and loaves.'

I think sell is a key word here. The Vatican favours voluntary donations in Gold, without which your soul is damned. The UN approach is to raise taxes now in preparation to the event, and keep them in a UN trust fund until the time arrives.
Behold the Greata Queena Spida! South Park reference there. In my wholy opinion I believe people have become so stupid that they would even consider an interstellar race coverting or even giving a shit about our beliefs. This reminds me of the Zeitgeist documentry, in it is a sound clip of a conversation with a (Rockefeller?) decendant and he mentions how the rich people have a plan to get people to believe in aliens and that they are here or something like that (been awhile since I've seeen it). All in all I can say all my fears lay in the hands of stupid people.

What value do you get out of The Daily Grail over the course of a year? Is it worth the price of a coffee? Perhaps the price of a magazine subscription? Whatever it is, you can help ensure the future and independence of TDG by sending a 'voluntary subscription' of any amount. Your support is appreciated!
