Mitt Romney and Paypal block NH vote recount.
Posted by bladerunner at 22:56, 16 Jan 2008Interesting connection. Some one calling in a favor indeed. Our country is just doomed. Personally Kucinich is the candidate I will be voting for in the primaries. But I wish to remind everyone out in the US to check out who is running for your state, local, and house of reps seats. These are just as important as the Presidental race, if not more so. Here's the story link. So how does your State "count" votes, and what can you do? Also Paypal credit in though GE, which owns NBC, which blocked Kucinich from the debates in Nevada! No candidate should be excluded.

I find it appalling that the American public are so blase about this. Maybe two terms of Bush Co has conditioned Americans to apathy, but my gods, why isn't this major international news? It's not just Americans, I haven't seen anything about it on the 6 o'clock news here in Australia. Is our media that biased and compromised? That was a rhetorical question, I know the answer. ;-)
Here in Australia, instead of hearing about election fraud in NH, and Presidential candidates being blocked from television debates, we get an idiotic teenager who invited hundreds of Myspace users to his party. It quickly turned into chaos, and mounted police, helicopters and the riot squad were called in. Every single f*cking day this has been front page news! Grrrr, it makes me angry that everyone is talking about this self-absorbed idiot, but not one word about election fraud or other serious current events.

It is entertainment not NEWS. And Many people are tired of it. That why I like the internet.

Yes the "news" is entertainment, especially local stuff. A fire is entertaining, so is a road accident. Why else do people slow down to look at accidents?
All the classical stuff, "dog bites man" is boring, "man bites dog" is interesting.
When was this different? Or more importantly, how do we use the internet, where we can talk to many people in different places, so improve the situation?

As a non-US citizen, I was somwhat disappointed that Bill Richardson never had a chance. He seems like a quite reasonable guy, even among politicians.
But that is the business of the voters in the US, and in this particular case the Democrat voters.

as of this posting, where Hillary was winning with the machines. But you won't see this on the news. Turn off the TV and learn a craft. And please start planning a "Common Sense" garden for the summer.
