Fake Gold Bars held by governments????
Posted by Carol_Noble at 20:21, 17 Jan 2010Some time ago I wrote thatI thought there was something strange about the way so many companies were now buying up ordinary peoples' jewellery for cash. Some comments suggested this was not unusual. Perhaps the following website may change people's minds.

Weeeell... that site didn't seem too trustworthy.
Then again, even if it's true... so what?
A long time has passed since Gold was the standard used in Economic transactions. That all changed after WWII.
Most of our economy is 'virtual' nowadays. The most precious commodity is information. True, you can't actually eat or clothe ethereal 0's & 1's yet. But that'll all change once we finally get plugged into the Matrix ;)

These are some commentaries from the Kitco website, one of the best known names in the gold biz:
http://www.google.com/custom?sitesearch=...
As you can see, there is still some guessing as to the true status and quantity of the amount of doped gold bars in circulation, but what can't be denied is that when it was announced, the price of gold topped out and started a slight decline.
Something is making noise in the skillet . . I don't know if it's sizzle or steak yet . .but it starting to stink too . . . .

But, I do think that it should be recognised that although I gave one website, there are others but rather than put too many I put the first one I read.
As has been said in a later post, thank you to the writer, there are several sites which hint at this, but as usual the mainstream media doesn't want to comment.
RPJ, I accept that people haven't been using the gold standard the way they used to, but if the paper money is becoming worthless, and gold is not being used as currency, what is going to be the new currency?
There is also a few people who will continue to bury their heads in the sand no matter what is proven, because they are afraid to admit the truth.
One addition I will make is that there was a big advert in one of the UK's national papers this week. It is advertising the selling of US Gold Coins!!! It is the US reserve and bullion company if I remember rightly, but it is definitely a US company doing the ad.
Why is there a determination to get rid of US Gold? Why is there such a determination to buy up unwanted jewellery and other gold objects in the UK?
Also there has been a great deal of gold in the form of treasure over many centuries, even millenia, which has seem to have disappeared. I am talking about the Aztec gold which the Spanish are supposed to have taken; the gold from the Klondyke Goldrush; the Knights Templar Gold which disappeared in 1327; the Nazi Gold which many still think exists; and many others. Just what has been happening to gold throughout history? Just a bit of a poser don't you think?
For something to survive and thrive something else must die.

That's easy: Soylent Green! ;)
Different things gain & lose value with time, depending on their cultural appreciation. Gold was a very regarded commodity throughout the Western world, that's why they insisted on using it as a transaction standard.
A lot of gold is deep beneath the sea. Many ships that were making the trip from the new to the old world that sank.
My point is, all currency has an illusory value. After all, gold is nice but we can't live off it —I know some restaurants offer dishes that use gold leaves as an ingredient, but we can't really get nourishment from the stuff.

Dirt will be part of a new currency. That is, the dirt that Google has on you - it will be quite valuable.

Thanks Carol, this story has been around for many years and I think Dr Peter David Beter was aware in the 70's lots of interesting reading at www.peterdavidbeter.com
Another interesting source is the Voice of the Whitehouse at www.tbrnews.org they can be quite nasty in their comments but seem to have very good insider info. See their posting from 15/01/10. Happy reading

Possibly food or water or both - the world is running out it would seem and the weather (due to climate change or not) isn't helping.
Whoever our esteemed PM back in the 90s sold off Australia's gold supply to at a measly $230-odd per ounce must be laughing their heads off at present.
