News Briefs 03-03-2016

It’s official: Tuesday is my least favorite day of the week.

Quote of the Day:

“More attention and more discussion about unexplained aerial phenomena can happen without people who are in public life, who are serious about this, being ridiculed.”

˜John Podesta, former White House Chief of Staff under president Clinton, former special advisor to president Obama, and campaign manager for Hillary Clinton.

  1. The Conjuring
Sounds like Vera already had scary things in her head and scared herself. You know when you’re watching a show about ghosts, and you hear the cat jump off the bed and jump a little? Well this is the same thing. She is already heightened with her hackles raised and she is letting these tiny things get to her. She could have scratched herself in her sleep. As for the computer, you closed it so fast you got some dead pixels. I’ll tell you one thing though if a demon does that to my Mac there will be hell to pay! Also:
When they start making up paranormal stories like this as part of the hype, I immediately lose interest in the subject. This adverts to me that they don’t have enough confidence in the story itself, that the story is unconvincing and you won’t be able to suspend disbelief. So they release stories like this to blur the boundary between reality and fiction, as if this is something that could actually happen.
^^^This.

    1. Well…
That sound really reasonable. I do wonder, though, if more actors or people involved experienced something anomalous.

I do feel most of these things is caused by the energy and expectations of human beings, rather than an external agency.
