Maybe the German town and Central America should check the water. A local cancer bloom happened near my town about 10 years ago and they linked it to chemical run off coming from a construction and dredging operation. The German town is right next to a river, so I would look there first.
Also:

Yes...it is necessary because we ("the truth seekers") are becoming extinct
...I forgot how I got here but everyone seems to be heading off in that direction. I hope someone brought food. I have a feeling this is going to be a long journey................
