The only kind of hypnotism that I think works is the kind Madonna used as a recipe for success.

Quote of the Day:

The true mystery of the world is the visible, not the invisible.

  1. Ah those Basques
Thanks for posting the article on the Basques. My girlfriend is Basque (don’t call her Spanish), and for the past year plus I have been getting continual lessons on Basque culture, history, etc. However, she scoffs at the suggestion that the Basque and their language are remanents of Atlantis. I’m not so sure.

  2. Basques
Here’s a comment on Basques that I heard from a Professor of English in America.
He has a friend I think in Texas who runs sheep and all the workers are Basques.
He told my friend that of all the races in the world Basques are the only race they can trust with the sheep.
    Is is apocryphal?
    No it is true.

  3. Cold Fusion
I almost fell out of my chair when I read the offical reviewers comments from the U.S. Dept of Energy. If you read just the web site you’d think ‘Wow! Cold Fusion could be real!”, but if you read the actual reviews from the DoE you would see no such thing. I stopped reading at the eight review because they all, bar one, said the same thing, which was; Maybe there is something here worth looking at, but we don’t think it’s cold fusion and we don’t think we should spend a whole bunch of money looking further either.

If these cold fusion scientists warp their ‘scientific findings’ as much as they warp their reading comprehension to fit what they want to see versus what is really there, then I have no faith in their ‘science’ at all.

It’s a pity. . . I loved the idea of collapsing bubbles. . . it was fun to visualize.
